Local 2941A HES Custodial Unit Ratification

We have reached a tentative agreement with HES for your consideration. The agreement is contingent upon your approval on January 27.

Details of the agreement include:

• An AFSCME and DCPS negotiated wage increase of six percent (6%)
• Longevity pay increases every fifth year of employment
• One dollar ($1.00) per hour increase for certain schools outside the transportation routes and difficult to staff.

This ratification meeting is open to all members of the bargaining unit regardless of membership in AFSCME and all members of the bargaining unit are eligible to vote. A copy of the proposed CBA will be available at the voting locations for review.
