State Worker Contract Ratification

As a statewide unit we represent tens of thousands of skilled workers in varied occupations who make Florida happen. 

Due to AFSCME Florida advocacy and activism this year state workers will receive historic 5.38% pay increases, a new $15.00 per hour mininum wage with no increases in health insurance costs.
